Property Details
Medium sized cottage sleeps up 6 people and is 100 metres to Beach 3 (dog beach is within) and less than a 2 minute walk. Cook from the BBQ and have a family fire right at your own place.
Sleeps up to 6 people. It is 100 metres to Beach 3 and less than a 2 minute walk. We have an outdoor space partially shared with 2 of our other cottages. We have cable TV/Streaming, WIFI, a separate fire pit, picnic table and separate BBQ.
It's on a small and quiet street.
It's good for couples, families, big groups, and low impact pets (quiet, clean and non-destructive).
At our other property on the river nearby, we offer cheap bicycle rentals.

*Please note- By having our prices some of the lowest at the beach, we ask you to bring:
1. Your favourite bedding for 3 double beds
2. Towels and beach towels
There is a $35 pet fee per pet (1 only please). If you haven't already paid it online, please present it at check in time.
-We strongly discourage outdoor speakers
-No parties
-No smoking or vaping anything inside
-Do not tamper with TV and cable wires
-No pets on beds or furniture. 1 pet only

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in
