Property Details
This Large sized cottage sleeps up 8 people and is 100 metres to Beach 3 (dog beach is within) and less than a 2 minute walk. You can even see the beach easily from the front yard. Cook from the BBQ and have a family fire right at your own place.
Sleeps up to 8 people. It is 100 metres to Beach 3 and less than a 2 minute walk. We have an outdoor space partially shared with 2 of our other cottages. We have cable TV/Streaming, WIFI, a separate fire pit, picnic table and separate BBQ.
It's on a small and quiet street.
It's good for couples, families, big groups, and low impact pets (quiet, clean and non-destructive).
At our other property on the river nearby, we offer simple and cheap bicycle rentals.

*Please note- By having our prices some of the lowest at the beach, we ask you to bring:
1. Your favourite bedding for 3 double and 2 single beds
2. Towels and beach towels
There is a $35 pet fee per pet (1 only please). If you haven't already paid it online, please present it at check in time.
-We strongly discourage outdoor speakers
-No parties
-No smoking or vaping anything inside
-Do not tamper with TV and cable wires
-No pets on beds or furniture. 1 pet only.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in

This place is the perfect little location. It has everything you need to make your beach stay comfortable and he has lots of kitchen stuff for you to use. We brought our dog and it was a short walk to the dog beach.

the property is shared with 2 other rentals.. which is fine when notified upon rental, so your party is never truly alone with the other cabins being rented. things you expect from a typical air bnb I.e paper towels, hand soap, hand towels etc. are not in the location. the bathroom is both extremely small, and starting to develop mold. " climate control" Is 3 small fans. and the beds are not comfortable at all.. says it sleeps 8.. we had 8 ppl, ended up buying cots and air mattresses to get by for 2 nights. saw multiple skunks and raccoons on property aswell, which isn't a big deal but something too be aware of.

Quel beau séjour au Bierman cottage. C'était parfait pour notre famille de 4 et notre petit chien. Emplacement idéal, la page très proche. Nous quittons après 1 semaine avec de très beaux souvenirs. Les couchés de soleil, les baignades tardives le soir et ensuite un bon feu de camp. Merci encore.

great location, there was 6 of us in total and we all fit! had to share some beds but that was okay! had all the utensils for cooking. you need bed sheets and blankets , there was lots of extra pillows. the bathroom is super tiny, not a lot of space so just keep that in mind. we couldn’t get the tv working, maybe bring a hdmi cord if you have one! response time was a little long but it says he travels a lot so maybe just send questions before ur stay! highly recommend staying here though for a little get away! it was super close the beach and great cottage experience, had a fire place and such! great for family time ❤️

Nice little cottage, but definitely small if you have more than 4 guests and unfortunately it is inevitable to keep the sand out of the cottage but only a 40 minute walk to the main beach strip so overall not bad for a cheaper weekend get away.

We had a wonderful time! As a party of eight, sleeping was quite tight, but we spent most of our time outside where there was ample seating and space. The proximity to the beach is spectacular, which allowed us to go back and forth easily. Check-in was a breeze, and the owners were responsive and friendly. Recommended!
