Great location!!
Riverview and access. From our riverside yard, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.
Simple 2 floor cottage sleeps up to 10 people. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with double beds. Loft with 2 double beds.
Double pull out futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Parking Space For (2) Cars Only - no extras please.
*In the photos it's the right hand side of that building. The building is divided into (2) 3 bedroom units.
Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.
-For the best service, notify us if you expect to arrive after the check in time so we can try to still greet you and personally show you in.
-Only planned guests permitted on the property.
-Parking for 2 cars only - no extras.
-Sorry, we can't give early check ins. From 11am until 3pm we're usually very busy preparing for everyone.
-Pet friendly, but one pet only. Please don't leave it alone or allow it on beds and furniture.
-Outdoor speakers are discouraged

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in

Good value for money, walkable distance to the beach and restaurants, easy late check-in. However, the place needs maintenance, examples being, a closet to store luggage’s and jackets, new blinds to prevent the street light coming into the rooms during night, snow clearing in the driveway and maybe newer furnitures in living room.

There are multiple point I would like to address.
1) No snow maintenance, my car stuck in snow.
2) No exhaust in bathroom.
3) paper towel is only 2
4) garbage not empty
5) no mirror in house
6) My wife fall down from stairs and she got injured due to no snow maintenance. I request you to please refund my money as my whole vacation got disturbed and i have to go to barrie for her treatment.

Great location, great spot. The place is pretty basic though so be ready to bring your own salt, pepper, paper towels, etc. It's easy to get to and very close to the beach. Ideal location for summer fun!

Visited in the winter for our Blue Mountain trip. If you're a bigger group looking for a place to just crash, this would be the spot. There is not much room for being altogether besides in the kitchen area, there was 10 of us and it felt a little cramped. The rest of the BNB is just bedrooms. Overall great value! There was no heaters in the kitchen or upstairs in the loft, only in the two bedrooms so it was quite chilly for those sleeping in those places. Place was very clean and tidy when we got in. Communication overall could've been better regarding questions and concerns, especially during the check in. Responses were always delayed or nothing at all, especially during the check in right when we got there. My friend had to go to the restaurant around the corner to see how to check in as there was no clear instructions on where to go, or which house to go to get the key. All it said was host will be there to greet you and check you in, but she had to figure it out herself. We had a lot of cars even though it said only 2 cars max, the host didn't seem to mention any problems with it so that kind of makes up for everything. Overall, great value for the stay.
