Great location!!
Riverview and access. From our riverside yard, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.
Simple 2 story cottage with a great view that sleeps up to 10 people. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with a double bed. Loft with 2 double beds.
Double pull out futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space For (2) Cars only - no extras.
*In the photos it's the left hand side of that building. The building is divided into (2) 3 bedroom units.
Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.
-For the best service, notify us if you expect to arrive after the check in time so we can try to still greet you and personally show you in.
-Only planned guests permitted on the property.
-Parking for 2 cars only - no extras.
-Sorry, we can't give early check ins. From 11am until 3pm we're usually very busy preparing for everyone.
-Pet friendly, but one pet only. Please don't leave it alone or allow it on beds and furniture.
-Outdoor speakers are strongly discouraged

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in

Location to the beach is awesome and right next to the river. Cottage is basic but ok….. the only thing I really didn’t like was the bugs The location is fine. BBQs that are available don’t work the best. And the amount of spiders inside and outside of the cottage was the downfall…. Cupboards were sticky upon arrival.

Thank you for the lovely stay! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will While we did not end up staying at this specific cottage (were transferred to another one on site) - I can comment on the overall property and its staff.
Lightning quick and responsive communications with the host and the staff who were always on site. We requested a few items for the kitchen which were brought over almost immediately, including extra dishes for our large group. Fantastic customer service.
Everything was very clean, and the new ownership is continuing to work on improving/modernizing the space after taking over from another owner in June.
The grass area with the fire pit and chairs is absolutely fantastic to catch a sunset over the river and nothing beats the ability to walk over to the beach in 5min by crossing the bridge, without having to pay for the municipal beach parking.
Will absolutely be back.
