Great location!
River access. Streetview, but use our huge common riverside grassed area and patio to watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.
Simple cottage sleeps up to 7 people with a double bed in one bedroom, single bed in the other, a double pull out futon in the living room area and a double mattress up in the little loft.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.
-For the best service, notify us if you expect to arrive after the check in time so we can try to still greet you and personally show you in.
-Only planned guests permitted on the property.
-Parking for 2 cars only - no extras.
-Sorry, we can't give early check ins. From 11am until 3pm we're usually very busy preparing for everyone.
-Pet friendly, but one pet only. Please don't leave it alone or allow it on beds and furniture.
-Outdoor speakers are strongly discouraged

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in

Bel endroit! Facile de se faire à manger avec les bbq. Chalet un peu petit pour 7 personnes, on ne pouvait pas manger les 7 à l’intérieur. Les lits sont confortables et l’emplacement très tranquille. Beaucoup d’activités à faire aux alentours et accessibles à pied. Merci de votre hospitalité

note before staying here that, despite the photos, there is only ONE double bedroom and ONE double bed in the loft… the other bedroom is a single bed. when i asked the host he told me that the description says there is only one double bedroom and that the photos are not up to date ( the house has been renovated). very confusing and the host refused to compensate us, even though one of our guests now had nowhere to stay because of the inaccurate listing. very frustrating, we worked it out but needless to say the house was not what we expected or paid for.

If you are a family looking for a relaxing nice getaway there are nicer places to go… most of the cabins were small apart from the two main houses, the area is nice for socializing and more party oriented but it is a little overpriced, the location itself is good and Tal and the staff were nice overall.
