Come stay at a piece of historic Wasaga, built in the 1920's as The Lashbrooks, a semi-famous fishing retreat regularly attracting guests from all over North America. Simple one bedroom cottage, queen bed, with air-conditioning, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, cable TV/streaming and flat screen, individual BBQ, communal fire pit and free parking (one car per cottage) on site. Docks and deck right on the water for peace, relaxation and a few cold ones. Communal campfire to make friends at.

There is a $35 pet fee per pet (1 only please). If you haven't already paid it online, please present it at check in.
Check in -
We or our staff are often there, but if not, we've already planned for you! We will have the keys set up for you to retrieve on site. We love it when you can notify us if you're going to be alot later than the check in time and that helps us plan. Furthermore, we're a really busy family, so early check in isn't possible - there's times that we have to be out for supplies or personal things.
A few of our guidlines-
Not a party place. Most of our guests are here for peace and relaxation.
No visitors please. Only registered guests preferred.
One car per cottage. Others can park for free at nearby side streets.
11pm is quiet time all across Wasaga Beach.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in

Really enjoy staying here. My third year staying at this group of cabins. It's simple and basic but really all you need. Backing out into the lake is wonderful. My favourite thing is that it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach! Definitely will be back again next year.

Both Talbot and his partner Tiffany were so kind and welcoming to their place. Everything was just as expected, super clean and perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. Overall a nice area and close to the beach. It’s a good place for a get away. Not too much storage space for food though. Also doors didn’t close on the inside, we had to use our bags against the door to hold it closed. It didn’t bother us much because we are a couple but it could be a problem for others, who might want more privacy at times.

Quaint little cabin, enough space for two people. The host guy was very friendly and welcoming. A short walk from Beach #3 and the property itself is right on the river, which is nice. A bit expensive for what you get though.
