Come stay at a piece of historic Wasaga, built in the 1920's as The Lashbrooks, a semi-famous fishing retreat regularly attracting guests from all over North America. Simple one bedroom cottage, queen bed with single pullout bed, with air-conditioning, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, cable TV/streaming and flat screen, individual BBQ, communal fire pit and free parking (one car per cottage) on site. Docks and deck right on the water for peace, relaxation and a few cold ones. Communal campfire to make friends at.

Now offering kayak, paddleboat, and canoe rental.
There is a $35 pet fee per pet (1 only please). If you haven't already paid it online, please present it at check in.
Check in -
We or our staff are often there, but if not, we've already planned for you! We will have the keys set up for you to retrieve on site. We love it when you can notify us if you're going to be alot later than the check in time and that helps us plan. Furthermore, we're a really busy family, so early check in isn't possible - there's times that we have to be out for supplies or personal things.
A few of our guidlines-
Not a party place. Most of our guests are here for peace and relaxation.
No visitors please. Only registered guests preferred.
One car per cottage. Others can park for free at nearby side streets.
11pm is quiet time all across Wasaga Beach.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 14 days away from your check in date, we will do our best to rent the cottage out again for the rental period you have reserved. If we are successful, we are happy to refund the down payment minus $50 for a Processing Fee. If we are not able to rent out the property, despite our best efforts, and the property remains vacant during part or all of your reserved dates, your reservation will be subject to the following:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Deposit Policy
Refundable $100 damage/extra cleaning deposit is required upon check in

We had a amazing time staying at the tiny homes. The home had everything you needed some air-conditioning and heating a fridge that was bigger than just a mini fridge is even had a TV and Wi-Fi, which was amazing for nighttime. The location is amazing with it being right on the river so you could go sit down by the dock and The walk to the beach was only five-ish minutes, there was even two ice cream places a minute walk from our tiny home. We tried Norms nephew and it was amazing. The property even had kayaks & canoes that you could rent for a fee and bikes that were free to use at your leisure.. we were even close enough to walk over to a dollar store if we needed to only a 10 minute walk. 100% would recommend and 100% we will be back .

We didnt enjoy our stay. The place was not clean and the couch and the bed were really old and not comfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress and the couch was sticky so we had to put a sheet on it to be able to sit down; I cant even imagine someone sleeping there. They dont provide sheets or blankets so we were freezing at night. We tried to cancel but couldn’t so we cut our trip short and just lost our money. I wish I knew better, for the price definitely could’ve found somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep

Charlie was a great host. He provided a great deal of information about Wasaga beach area as well as its surroundings including places to hike, restaurants to try and where to buy moccasin. He also gave a couple of stuff we missed bringing so he became a life saver! We definitely would like to go back and stay at his place again. Thank you, Charlie!

Lovely little cabin. Our family loved it. Beach is super close and extremely nice. The ice cream shop across the street is a plus. Tiffany was so welcoming and friendly. Everything was sparkly clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
